You show that you think SCO are right is their case against Linux/IBM so how about giving us your views on the latest court filing by "Ryan E. Tibbitts"?
Anyone wanting to have a look at what Mr Tibbitts has to say then go over to groklaw.com and look for the story titled "Declaration of Ryan E. Tibbitts"
And no rob this is not more linux propaganda I just want to know what your views are on SCO changing their mind about all the evidence they have against IBM.

Don't expect Rob to tell you what he thinks until he consults with the client who paid him for this.
OH that's CRAZY talk!
.
Rob Enderle is a well balanced well reasoned *professional*... That's on record claiming that SCO had a 55-65% of victory over IBM.

.
For the record, I give SCO a between a 0% and 0% chance of victory over IBM in court. Must be because I've been brainwashed by the propoganda I guess. Lord knows I cannot be right. SCO wouldn't file a ludicrous fradulent lawsuit and then lie for 10 months about their rights and instances of code theft, even if it fits Occam's Razor perfectly.
.
No no no, what happened is some Linux coder decided to steal proprietary code from SCO and place it into a public code base that SCO (a Linux developer at the time) developed, expecting never to be caught! That's a lot more sensical! That makes perfect sense doesn't it? Gee, Rob Enderle truly is amazing and competent. Yes, what a truly amazing intellect.
