CRM solutions provider Quintus Corporation (Nasdaq: QNTS) reported this week that its fourth quarter and fiscal year revenues soared 90 percent and 70 percent respectively over the same period last year, as did its net loss for the quarter and year.
The company booked fourth quarter revenues of $16.1 million and year-end revenues of $51.7 million, and reported a net loss of $5.4 million for the quarter and $15.9 million for the year. Quintus had a net loss of $10.6 million in 1999.
The Fremont, California-based Quintus provides contact center solutions for eCRM. The company’s fourth quarter acquisition of e-mail provider Mustang.com is expected to close next month.
