CRM Report: WebTone, Unica Launch Joint CRM Solution

WebTone Technologies and Unica Corporation announced the launch of an integrated CRM solution Monday.

The two companies said they will combine their CRM and multi-channel marketing solutions into an integrated product and market it initially to retailers and financial institutions. The integrated product collects and analyzes customer data and delivers targeted one-to-one marketing messages and services through the Internet, call centers and offline channels, the companies said.

Unica’s customers include Marriott, Sprint, Wells Fargo and UPS, while WebTone’s customers include insurance companies and financial institutions.
