NetCreations, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTCR) fell 7 3/4 to 43 1/8 Friday after the e-mail marketing company said its chief financial officer resigned.
Gary Sindler will leave August 15th “to pursue personal interests,” the New York-based NetCreations said. Robert Mattes, controller and vice president of finance, will serve as interim CFO while a search for a permanent replacement is underway.
Chief Executive Officer Rosalind Resnick said Sindler “played an important role” in the company’s expansion, including its initial public offering last year.
