Stock Watch: Razorfish Falls as President Resigns

Razorfish Inc. (Nasdaq: RAZF) slid 7/8 to 13 11/16 Friday after the company said its president resigned.

Mike Pehl left “to spend time with his family and explore the next phase of his professional career,” the company said. Pehl will continue as a consultant, while Jeff Dachis will remain CEO.

Pehl became president of Razorfish after merging I-Cube with the company last October. “I depart knowing the I-Cube integration is complete,” he said.

The New York-based company provides e-business consulting and design services. The company represents AT&T, Disney/ABC, E! Online and Price Waterhouse.
